Who we are
This website, Welcome to Morocco — The Musical, is operated by We Love Local Guides Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15931264). Our registered office is 12 Meath Gardens, Horley, Surrey, RH6 8FW. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC132392.

What we collect
- Information you give us — when you sign up for our Welcome Pack, free recipes or mailing list, we collect your email address, and (where the form asks) your name and city.
- Information collected automatically — basic analytics about how the site is used (for example pages visited and general device/browser type), and small files stored in your browser for the interactive games (for example your best score or time). See our Cookie Notice.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Kids Zone games do not require an account or any personal details to play.
How and why we use it
- To send you what you asked for and occasional related emails (the Welcome Pack, recipes, news about the show, tours and offers). Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you sign up.
- To understand and improve the site using aggregated analytics. Our lawful basis is your consent (for non-essential analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in running a good website.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers ("processors") to run the site and our emails, and they only process your data on our instructions:
- Resend — to store our mailing list and send emails.
- Vercel — to host the website.
- Google Analytics — for website usage statistics (only if you accept analytics cookies).
We never sell your personal information. We may share data if required by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent) to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and contact details for as long as you stay subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, after which we remove you from active mailings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@welcometomoroccothemusical.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
